The time has come for your club Federation Representatives to start collecting entry money for the above competition.  Please be kind and seek out your Federation Representative before they have to seek out you – thank you.

The closing date is 1700hrs on 20th July 2014 and it is 6 Euros per person per discipline.

If your entry money has not been received by the closing date your name (or team) will not go into the draw.

Some other points for you to note:

  • Only FULL teams will be entered in the draw.  As you can “mix and match” with other Andalucían clubs this year there may be teams from other clubs who are looking for extra members so please ask your Fed. Rep. to make enquiries for you if you are short in your team.
  • Only FEDERATED members are permitted to enter.  If you have not paid your Federation fee (F.A.B. only is required) then your name will not be entered in the draw.  This could affect any team that you are in so please make sure you federate well before the closing date.
  • Due to the fantastic response this year we will never fit it all in at Indalo so we have been able to secure Mojácar B.C. for some sessions and it may be that we might have to use Almeria too.  Entrants must be prepared to play at ALL venues.  Finals will be played at Indalo.
  • Due to certain people’s generosity there will be cash prizes this year along with medals for the winners and Iceland vouchers for the losing finalists.  (Thank you to those kind people – you know who you are!)
